I use it every night since I bought it, it works great for after work and after workouts and its small size makes it the best for travel. The battery is very long lasting since, will last a couple of days before needing a recharge. This does not heat up and will not feel any burning sensation while you use it.

Love this. Kinda wish it was bigger. Another set of hands on each side to get to my shoulders. I don’t have time to go get a real massage and sometimes it is fantastic and sometimes not so much. I have control with this. Not only can you use it on your neck and shoulders you can also lean into it and do other areas of your back. I also used it on my thighs. I truly feel so much better. This was worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. My wife and I really enjoy this neck massager…it does exactly as described and feels awesome. We both did about 20 min back to back and it lasted with no issues. The heater in it feels good and isn’t too hot but can definitely feel it. I saw some comments about it pinching or being to “hard” and that only happens when you intentionally pull down on the massager. If you let it sit the way it should it doesn’t pinch. I’m 200 and my wife is 130 and worked great on our body types.

Okay on with the review.This is the best gift to give or receive. High quality material. It reminded me of luxury fabric and felt very much like a real grasp and not just a plastic piece rubbing you. love the strap that you can fasten it to your body so you can relax and not have to hold it on there. I have only used it a few minutes here and a few minutes there because that's all I need it so I cannot attest to the battery life just yet. Extra hand straps for added pressure are a nice touch. Heating feature and massage settings are very upscale. I'm impressed and very happy with my purchase. I only complaint would be. I wish the massagers were adjustable so I could widen them a little bit to reach the outer parts of my neck. Or if I had a larger neck it probably wouldn't be as satisfying. But as of right now I am in heaven!

The media could not be loaded. This gives a really good massage! Heat feels amazing. My neck randomly hurts after a wreck a while ago and this is my new best friend. I absolutely love it! All you have to do is press the on button and it works great. You don't have to set anything up.

Doesn’t stay charged. It dies after 15-20 minutes of use.
