Effective
I've been taking biotin from various brans for about 3 years, and when I stop taking it I can tell after about 2 weeks (my nails start breaking and peeling. When I started taking this brand there was no lapse in time, so after about a month I can only assume it's doing its job as I've not had any signs of weakened or splitting nails. Biotin takes a really long time to have any effect, so once you start for about a year, you'll notice when you stop. Good product.

As Advertised, But Nothing More
These are your typical Spring Value supplements. Mine arrived in good shape with a non expired use by date and an intact seal.These come with a vitamin use guide and a little trinket gift. While thats nice, it doesn't justify the $ difference versus getting these from wally world direct. If you can't shop in person, then perhaps things work out with shipping costs. Not sure.
