Excellent Solid Hammer
This is one solid heavy hammer. This tool looks and feels very high quality. It is heavy but a well balanced in your hand, and it does not feel heavier after using it for a while, which for those in the building trade is a blessing.The steel is very solid, it was used for several hours today, these photos were taken after several hours of use. It still looks like new. For those looking for high quality tools, no cheap stuff, this hammer will serve you very well. A 5 star rating is very fair for such a good hammer.UPDATE: I have had this hammer for a few months now. This hammer is excellent, I cannot fault it. It is very well made and neatly finished. The rubber handle is lovely and grippy so it will not easily fall out of your hand if your hand is wet. It still has a shiny finish on it and it does an efficient job hitting nails in quickly. This is just such a nice quality hammer, I am very happy with it.

Great framing hammer
This hammer is an excellent framing hammer from top to bottom. It's easy to swing and feels solidly built, making it perfect for framing work. The grip did have a rubbery smell, but that quickly went away once I wiped the handle with some white vinegar and aired it out a bit. There is good weight once you swing the hammer. There is a magnetic nail holder. The hammer feels good in your hand.
