Hello.The tape is VERY sticky and holds well, but it peels away easily from the roll but sticks excellently. Adherence is very good and i doubt it will ever peel off from my car bumper. Make sure the surfaces are clean and dry and dust free.Only issues are:- When you first try to open the roll there is a bit of sticky tape to cover the double sided foam sticky tape to prevent it from unravelling, be careful with that becuase it sticks well to the double sided tape itself, use a point object to get betweeen the holding tape and the double sided tape itself and slowly scrape out, if you dont do that the double sided tape might come off, and oyu will ahve wasted about 2-3 cm worth of tape which is a lot considering...- just how little tape there is. i get you dont need to use much of it but i would appreciate a bit more. its enough for two license plates (front and back) and maybe a third one if you use only 5 strips instead of 7, i guess my tyip would be use only 5 strips instead of 7 in a | \ | / | pattern, that way its just as secure and you need to use less tape. You can reuse the tape for other uses of course like hanging a painting somewhere.

This is absolutely the strongest adhesive tape I’ve ever used. But, if you’re thinking of cutting pieces off to stick to the back of something you want to mount, then expect it to take ten minutes per strip to remove the backing! Rather spend the time peeling back the red backing at the beginning of the roll, and cut a bit of the sticky tape off and discard it. Then peel off the tape, cut the tape only, and use that. Yes it sticks to your fingers, try keeping your fingers dry with baby powder. Always leave an excess of red backing so you never have to go through the ordeal of peeling off the red backing again!

Firstly let me start by saying that I broke the first clearly defined cardinal rule of this tape - I used it to stick a rug to a carpet. Now, i completely understand that this was at my own risk but being one with my OCD i simply couldnt cope with our living room rug constantly shifting and not being at a perfect right angle to the TV unit. I had previously tried velcro strips and other 'rug to carpet' fixings but they just dont hold up to a 9 year old performing gymnastics all over them (that would be my daughter, not me!) So i went to the dark side and purchased this will full intention of sticking a rug to carpet, and let me tell you, it stuck! Infact, I am pretty sure it is now structurally integral to the foundation of the house! The tape itself is of good quality, there is a crosshatched mesh throughout which prevents it from tearing and once applied you have a very strong hold indeed. I did also use as intended and stuck various rugs to laminate floors and tile, and the results were the same. For reviewings sake, I pulled up one edge of the rug after a month and the tape came away cleanly with only a mild stickiness which easily wiped away with a damp cloth. Whilsts predominantly designed to hold rugs in place, due to the nature of this item essentially being a very strong double sided tape I am sure there are many other applications for it. I still have half a roll left after securing 4 quite large rugs in place and it is a handy thing to have knocking around the man drawer. Plus (if you are still in doubt over purchasing it), It has a picture of a tiger on! Tiger balm, tiger bread, its all good!

After many different brands failed to hold on my reg plate, this actually held. Its now been on over 6 months and stuck solid. Would definitely buy again.

Brilliant tape.Tried many times and different products for the trim on my car but this stuff sticks it properly.Won't be using anything else again. 10/10

The tape arrived yesterday. I cut a suitable length of tape. As described and as expected it was highly sticky. I applied to a small photoelectric panel/cell 5ins by 2ins. This was than stuck to the outside window to power our blinds set within the double glazing. So far the tape is holding the cell but this has been for 24hours so it is difficult to rate the tape and whether it will last the test of time.

If I could have given 1/2 a point, I would have. I meticulously followed the instructions to ensure the area was clean. Cut two strips for the bottom of the dash item. As I watched, as it just peeled away, I tried several times with the same result.
