VINGVO Sausage Casing
This is a pretty basic 15mm collagen casing. It does not come with any information on the package, so you need to already know what to do with it, or just research separately. To ensure I got a good product for a fair review, I made a simple pork breakfast sausage with the casing. I forgot to take pics, but the sausages came out with nice color and a good snap. The package comes with plenty of casing for lots of sausage, so at this price (currently $8.25) it’s a good deal.
