Increasingly difficult to by these locally, yet they are never advertised as brilliant when microwaved - no need for added fats to fry in! I have never had ready to eat pappadums that haven’t tasted of rancid fat. Buy them raw and microwave singly about 20 to 30 seconds each ( depending on your microwave ). Instant crisp and fresh tasting. Brilliant!!!

Quick and easy to cook. Coat thinly with olive oil and microwave on 850 for about 1 minute. Each one costs a fraction of the ready-cooked, and wasteful, versions favoured by profiteering supermarkets

I'm 'old school', cook my own pappadums (although I always knew them as 'Poppadums').If you want low fat grill under a high heat but keep an eye on them as they only take seconds.Otherwise fry in oil for a fuller flavour.

Well, believe it or not, we used the poppadoms to accompany an Indian meal we cooked. I don't know whether there is a Mr Patak in the Company, but he produces an excellent product and should be congratulated - along with all his colleagues and staff! We cook the poppadoms by grilling them rather than cooking them in oil. This works perfectly well at quite a high temperature, so you might like to try it. Enjoy this product!

We love these! We now buy them regularly but have found in the latest pack a shortfall in the number of pappadums. I have contacted AB World Foods, the manufacturers,and hope to be given the missing pappadums! We are pensioners after all, and this makes the difference of finishing off 2 extra meals for us. They are the best pappadums we have ever had though!

Best you can get and so easy to cook in the microwave

Always bought locally, now unable to - not being stocked! Pleased to be able to purchase them. Thin boxes make them ideal for storage. New bubble packs are far too big.
