Incredible Cleaver, works as amazingly as it looks.
The best cleaver Ive had. its almost like a functional art piece. The fact that it can chop through meats, ribs, and rotisserie chicken like they are butter is unbelievable. The display for the cleaver is equally incredible. Dalstrong products are always top tier, but this is the tip top. Be warned it is SHARP, even the slightest touch of the blade to your skin can easily open you up, so be careful and always chop on a thick chopping board (wood, not plastic). If you are big on chicken, steak, ribs, anything you need to chop through... this is what you want, it will live up to its name, the obliterator, and it will quite easily obliterate anything between the blade and your board. cant wait to get more from Dalstrong

Love love love these knives
We absolutely love all of our Dalstrong Knives. The material, curve of handle and different shape of knives are amazing. They are extremely sharp so you do have to be careful. They are well worth the money but could be a little pricey for some. If you are new to Dalstrong they do offer a discount for first time customers 😊

OMG I'm so excited... Got the Barbarian series slicer and it's it's fantastic beyond compare gorgeous and beautiful and sharp as a razor! I have the matching meat cleaver and it's equally as stunning.. can't wait to get the schef knife... One word to dicrioe the Barbarian series.... " Damm!! If they won't so sharp id sleep with them ... Lol.

Handle
So unfortunately I was super stoked to get this blade because ot was sold out for awhile now and although it came gorgeously in the box and the sheath and the collectors pin is amazing in had issues with the shipping like seriously Amazon your just shipping it in the display box and attaching a label to it for everyone to see what was purchased....now for the handle as you can see there's about half an inch room that shouldn't be there and my hands are normal sized, the heel of this thing is a razor so there's always the risk of your hand slipping up towards the heel and hurting your self on the blade
