The item is just as described. It fit perfectly and it's so nice to have some much needed organization in that black hole of a console where things go to never be found again. But not anymore!It's super easy to remove in case you want to reach into the lower part of the console. Just lift it from the middle. Obviously, if you have heavy items stored in the organizer, then it'll be a little heavier to lift but I have a flashlight, coins, gum, cables, and pens and it's not hard to lift this organizer out. There's still plenty of space in the lower console and I love that the unused space is now in use and organized!The entire piece is hard plastic and seems sturdy. The rubber mats used in each little space are also good quality. 10 out of 10 for me.

I've have this in my center console for almost a year now. Works well, fits great, there's a small gap infront of the tray enough to drop stuff down into the abyss below it but keep all the important items organized and easily accessible above.
