USB-C connector is too loose
I had bought my first ever proper mechanical keyboard over 3 years ago, and was relatively satisfied with everything about it - including the USB-C - USB-A cable that it came with. However, I recently started to get weary about the state of my desk and decided that I needed to sort out cable managment properly.I came across keyboard setups online that featured a coiled cable and so I reckoned that I should get one for my keyboard too.The Cooler Master coiled cable seemed like a great buy, especially since it was around £20 (which is a fraction of the price when compared to artisan ones) and it was from a recognisable brand.Unfortunately, upon receving the coiled cable, the USB-C connector did not fit properly in the USB-C port on my keyboard - the connector was too loose and it was just too easy to disconnect it by accident.Even though my keyboard functioned correctly, I was concerned that over time the USB-C connector would fail and not supply power to the keyboard anymore, and therefore I decided to send it back immediately.I am not sure why Cooler Master made the USB-C connector so small, as it would never actually be too big for any keyboard with a recessed USB-C port.

Looks and works great!
Happy with the product. Doesn’t ever disconnect from my Corsair k65. Wish the coil loop was longer but that’s just my preference.

Good value mostly
There is some wobble for the aluminum top plate, one of my switches are faulty after 1-2 days use and the stabilizers rattle. They give you 8 cherry-mx greens but they're not RGB switches so they block the RGB.The usb-c port on the keyboard is weird. You have to push the cable in more than you think. I don't think regular custom usb-c cables will work with this keyboard the cutout for the usb-c port is small and prevents most cables from fitting in properly. Maybe the coolermaster custom keyboard cables will work with it? Maybe that's a cash grab? The Coolermaster plus software to configure lighting and macros/key rebinding works, but crashes a lot when you change lights. This is weird but one of my monitors is oriented 180deg via Windows and when the software full screens on that monitor it's upside down. This doesn't happen with anything else. The firmware seems jank for this keyboard as of 2022-12-21. Sometimes you plug it in and it's one profile, sometimes it's a different profile. Not a huge deal just slightly annoying. Also, Coolermaster's support site is really clunky and difficult to use.Overall good sounding keyboard, good RGB effects, the build is solid and lubing is good. Really good entry-level customizable keyboard at this price point ($130 CAD/$100 USD).

hands down the best keyboard I've ever owned
Wow. The colors, the feel. The THOCK. This is such a great keyboard. Don't go wasting your money on $300+ custom keyboards unless you're into that for some reason. This keyboard is all you'll ever need. Its beautiful and the sound it makes is so thick but nice and quiet. Try it, you won't regret it.
