This fits 3 large pills perfectly. The paint has held up and the design is nice. It's easy to open.

I love that this can be shortened or lengthened as needed. It helps me keep a good quantity of my emergency medication on me; it holds 5 larger size capsules and will easily hold 6 if the capsules aren’t so large.

This case is very convenient. If you are someone that must carry meds all of the time, this case is very well made and durable. It has 2 chambers to carry different meds. It has a clip to attach it to your keys, or even your pants belt loop, to secure it so it isn't easily lost. It's a good value for the money.

I bought the 2.16 inch which is a bottom section and an extension. They do not hold 3 x .8 inch pills as shown in one of the pictures. Each compartment has a closed end meaning only 1 pill per compartment. I need to unscrew both compartments to get my 2 pill dose of the same medication. The metal design is outstanding.

I needed a way to carry one or two pills that I take with my meals when eating out. Previously I would wrap them in a tissue and put in my pocket. I found this pill case that meets my needs perfectly. It is very nice looking, lightweight (made of titanium) and very well made. It is discreet - the size of two segments is about the size of a lip balm. Each segment is sealed off from the others vs just making one long tube, which meets my criteria.

You can Pop in pills for lunch out. Adjust the size. Find the dose without digging around in yourpocket and getting two dimes, some lint, a crumb or a mystery bit of grit with your pill. Well made. Strong and light. Great gadget I use daily!

I liked the quality of the pill organizer, plus it was pretty easy to unscrew the cap without it feeling like it was kind of fall off on its own.Besides the nice quality I did have two issues with it that make it not usable for me. The largest concern is that my vitamin d fish oil pill is slightly too large for the diameter of the pill organizer. The second issue which is not as large of a deal breaker is that when I put a single b12 pill into the organizer it got stuck and I had to tap it rather forcefully against my palm to get it to fall out.I suspect that there's a narrower portion at the bottom that it's getting stuck on. I doubt if more than just the furthest pill would get stuck, but I don't like the idea that I could have a pill that gets stuck at the bottom that I wasn't aware of. I would still purchase this pill organizer even with this issue but because not all the pills I planned on using will fit I'm going to return it.Also, if you are planning on purchasing this keep in mind it is rather long and when I had on my keychain it extended about two inches below the rest of my keys. I was aware of this when I purchased it but it is certainly something to keep in mind.

Good design with pieces that fit together snugly with included gaskets for moisture protection (plus two extras included in my kit). Fits neatly in my 64 y.o. male front pants pocket. Lets me carry four large capsules plus a couple of smaller ibuprofen tablets. I appreciate the adjustability if I need to carry less.
