Best topical spot Treatment I've ever used and I have tried everything, Im in my mid 30s and have had mild to severe acne since my teens. Yes, I'll admit it's a bit pricy, but Clears my troublsome deep acne spots over night and if get a nose full of blackheads I find that if i rub a thin layer on I have much visibly clearer skin over night. For me it's worth it and lasts months if used sparingly and to supplement your normal acne routine.

Works fairly well for spot treatment. It’s not over night, it takes a few days and doesn’t stop the pimple from forming but it does help.
