I still can’t tell you if this is totally and completely worth the price, but let me tell you what has gone on, thus far.The main reason it’s hard for me to gauge things exactly, is because I happened to have a couple of fairly recent injuries. (Yes, I am that accident-prone person), and so I’ve been feeling more than usual, even upping my daily collagen supplement intake.I’m looking to get off of pain medicine if possible, so I’m eagerly awaiting for ‘the one’ miracle product for me, so maybe one day that can happen, in the not so distant future.I really wish to give this product a fair chance. I mean, I have definitely not have any side effects, I find it easy to take, and yes.. it’s pricey at FIRST GLANCE, but divide the two supplements up and then x’s them by 3, as there is 3 months worth, as that’s really what you are getting for these 2, 90 day supplements, so the price is way lower than it seems.It’s hard to say if the healing from my injuries, a bit faster lately, has been via the impact of this added supplement, but to be quite fair, it very well might be. I am NOT out of the 90 day window yet. I don’t want to speak prematurely, but I also don’t want to wait to post my review for that long, so if I get any very noticeable effects that I can absolutely attribute to this product, I’ll be back to update this review.Based on the research that I’ve done on these products after ordering, it does seem like a worthy set of supplements to take for joint health. Being a child athlete, and pretending that I am still a child athlete at 45 years young, I definitely, do enjoy testing out products such as these, and with much hope.The ingredients are A+! I cannot say anything bad about these two supps, just that.. don’t expect overnight miracles, but that goes along with everything. I am gaining some muscle pretty quickly for my age vs. several months ago. Something is taking effect. I’ve also been using some protein powder, so that might explain it, but I’ve been exercising a bit more and recovery is seemingly better than average for me, but again, I did have unexpected injuries.I’ll be fair on my review based on the clinical data, the ingredients, the value for a 3 month supply, and some possible, helpful effects, that might be attributed to this. If I notice day VS. night, I’d love to come back and bump up the review to a 5 star one.This definitely is a quality supplement. I hope I can report back with even more positive news! I will give this a 3.75 star rating, which bumps it up to 4 for me, and so I am hopeful that this DOES in fact have an impact on the health of our bones, joints and lessening of pain.I think all people who are older should try supplements like this, especially if you still play hard like I do.

For starters this is one of the priciest Joint Health supplements that I have tried and also one of the few that actually separate Glucosamine and Chondroitin into its own capsule to taken separately. And apparently the sourcing and testing is top-notch and in-line with the requirements of the NSF.As of this review I have been taking both of these for nearly months and I can say that my joints clearly feel more flexible and fluid with less stiffness and pain(I workout everyday). My workouts feel a lot better now. And during this time I did not experience any adverse effects. My conclusion is that this is the best joint health supplement that I have taken up until now and although rather pricey is still very much worth it.

I've been taking collagen for many years as a remedy to eliminate joint pain caused by the onslaught of arthritis. It took several months, but it worked and I also benefited from much better skin, hair and nails. About six months ago, I reduced my dosage and added a tiny once a day tablet that was specific for joint mobility. It was a quick, simple, inexpensive alternative that worked very well, too. I just emptied the bottle and thought I would now try OptiFlex. Yeah, this is now a minor ordeal. Going from one tiny tablet a day to two regular sized capsules twice a day is a bit much for me. Even storing two large bottles vs one small bottle is an inconvenience. These cost several times as much, too and a pair of bottles lasts only 90 days vs 180 days for my previous brand. My goal is to maintain my current pain free mobility for the rest of my life. So far OptiFlex is doing that, but perhaps I'm trying to put out a match with a fire hose. If your house is on fire this may be what you need, but once I empty my supply it's not likely I'll order more at this time. Update: I stopped taking OptiFlex and after a week there was a very noticable return of joint discomfort. I started taking a half dosage, and within two days I was pain free again. I guess it really works!

When you have arthritis, the pain and stiffness are not fun at all. The older I get, the more my joints remind me I'm not as young as I used to be.My doctor recommended these, he said as far as supplements go, this one has been around for years and have good results. While other supplements are newer and may or may not work depending on various factors.That being said, taking 2 tablets each daily, with a 90 day supply the price tag is not as bad as it seems. They are helping with my stiffness and pain, and they are easy to swallow with no adverse effects. So I will be buying more when these are complete.
