Weetabix Crunchy Bran, 375g

Great cereals with a lot of fiber making my bowels moving recommend

I used too love these years ago but they are not the same I liked the crunch but the quality is not as good they go soft when you put the milk or yogurt on now and they taste sweeter so I don't think they have any health benefits, and I wouldn't say they are value for money , sorry I won't be buying these again.

Very tasty, could do with it being a bigger sized box, it runs out quickly if you have it every day.

The cereal is a little bit crunchy in the same way as Weetos or similar but not crunchy-crunchy like granola. It holds up OK in milk without going soggy. It is relatively high fibre/healthy although does have added sugar despite being marketed as a healthy cereal. Its underwhelming in terms of taste and doesn't really have much flavour - they have added malted ingredients to try and give it more flavour but I think not enough, it just doesn't taste of much at all. I guess its good to try sometthing different but I don't think this will do much to tempt me away from my rotation of bran flakes, all bran and porridge.

These were something new to try for us. Long-time Weetabix loyalists! Tried many of their cereal and drink products (we don't like the drink products *at all*) The cereals however have never seemed to fail us.HOWEVER, this particular cereal really is 'blah' - I was worried it would be too hard on my teeth (from the picture on the box) but they're *just fine* (I have a few missing teeth and one that is questionably on its way out..I NEED to be careful of 'hard foods'). This works VERY WELL with a cup of blueberries and a pro-biotic yoghurt (I tried it with sweetened almond milk on its own, bleah... not enough flavour, I'm lactose intolerant so I have no idea how this fares with milk). BUT - with the pro-biotic yoghurt and fresh blueberries - *fantastic* (love the nutritional values - VERY Good and decent cereal on that level..and helps to feel full!) Will I Buy it again? If it stays at a low price ;) (otherwise, no..) but I do recommend - it's good for bulking up fruits and yoghurt, it can also be good for giving to kids (low in sugar, can add strawberries, bananas, etc.) I don't use honey or sugar in my cereals - after I added the yohgurt and fruit - it was spot on, great (yes, I know the yoghurt has it's own sugars to it.. etc.) But 'adding' anything - I prefer not to. IF I hadn't used the almond milk, I Believe I would not have been able to take this cereal without adding sugar to it.. (or honey.. I just can't imagine that to this one though, really). GREAT filler as mentioned (yoghurt, blueberries, other fruits) - will keep this on 'watch' for deals for sure!! :)

A nice substitute for those who are bored of the texture from the usual cereal brands. Goes lovely with honey and walnuts topped with kefir.
