Works Well
Very effective for isolation of muscle in pushdowns when used as straight bar compared with pushing just bands. Makes the movement very easy since rotating parts like you'd get in gym with cable machine. No doubt adaptable for other exercises, found doing wrist curls on knees (usually dumbells and bench) a game changer much much easier and effective. Single dumbell handle can be used if you reconfig attachments so you got one handle great for smoothness and getting that dumbell/barbell feel for one arm chest flys or presses. Really good value for money, id recommend it for guys or gals into bands if you only buy one or a few pieces because the rotating part is key with these, over other brands. Good ergonomics. Happy with it thanks goku.

Cheaper than X3
The bar itself feels nice and of decent thickness. However as shown in the photos the hooks aren't thick enough so have started to bend. This was from bench pressing. I wouldn't trust the hooks to withstand shoulder presses and definitely not squats. I doubt it would last very long under that kind of strain. If they released a thicker maybe also slightly larger and more durable hook upgrade accomodating a heavier load, it would make the bar a decent purchase. However as it stands I'm slightly disappointed, almost a very good alternative to an X3 just not durable enough unfortunately, let down by a small oversight. Id probably use this Geku bar for curling biceps, triceps, forearms etc and for bench press shoulder press and squats with the jbryant bar on which id avoid curling due to straps wearing.

Barra com ferrugem / Rusty bar
O produto atende o que foi proposto mas a minha chegou com vários pontos de ferrugem que me faz achar que não é muito durável. The product meets what was proposed but mine arrived with several rust spots which makes me think it is not very durable.

X3 bargain bar
I've been using the TESLANG bar with bands for 2 years now as a budget X3 alternative and had to try the GEKU bar out. The TESLANG has a threaded carabiner set up and when the GEKU $45.99 alternative bar with hooks popped in my view, I was sold on it.Zero regrets.I like that I can configure bar length close to the same as what I'm used to, but also have more variation for different exercises. It's essentially allowing me to lengthen or shorten the band which has been a nice bonus. Threading the bar in different configurations takes very little time to setup and so far seems pretty robust.I like the bar padding but switching from the thicker smooth knurled TESLANG has been something to get used to. I don't think it effects any of my training so far. Grip is good still for deadlift which was my only real worry. Front squat seems a little more comfy with the padding which was a nice plus. The hooks face the same way on the set I received and have had zero issues with belts slipping off. However they seem to flex with my heavy bands doubled up for squat or deadlift. Some of the flex could also be from the thinner bar than the TESLANG I'm used to. Time will tell if they hold up but so far it seems safe enough. The pivot of the hooks isn't as smooth as I'd prefer or am used to, but not jerky enough to be a complete bother. All in all I think this GEKU bar, a DIY resistance band platform, and a variety of inexpensive bands will get you a great home or travel gym setup. It has limitations, but is a good tool to have if limited on space or budget. Add in some body-weight or even weighted calisthenics and you are good to go.

Good quality
Get it honestly, don't spend $500-800 on those two other products out there. Get some good clip on quality resistance bands like BodyL@$+I©s for under $150 total and you got yourself a gym there!!

Strong, well finished product
Goods as described, well packed, delivered safely. Strong durable product, well finished, nice feel when using, easy to attach bands.Great to know that there are additional accessories available in order to convert the two smaller parts into individual hand mini bars for use either with tubes or flat bands. I am sure I will be purchasing them in the near future.
