These are absolutely fantastic! Not only do they work well even after a cloudy day, they have a huge sensor range! They're super bright and illuminate a large area very well. There's a reason I bought a second pair. Absolutely worth the low price.The cord is super long and easy to attach to a roof. The base plates are very simple to attach to the building and to the light. I've had the first pair a couple months and they're still going strong. If you need some walkway lighting these will do the trick better than you expect!

These seem to be a good value because:1. Long cord between solar cell and light unit (easier to get a sunny spot)2. Simple adjustment for sun alignment and lighted area.3. Screw mounted piece stays in place, both units slide out if needed.4. Motion detects to about 20-25 ft. (no adj.). Light covers about 30 ft wide by 20 ft range.4.55. It has a low-light always and full light on modes. I didn't use these so far.BIG QUESTION: How long will the plastics last? Time will telll-----Con--The remote requires you to go to the unit regular switch to enable. This defeats the idea of a remote!

Bright and easy to install. Solar panel has a long cable that enabled me the install it in direct sunlight and install the light under my eves where I needed it. Works great.

i put these on a modest 20x20 covered patio to alert for activity / security - they are pretty unobtrusive/small and mounted in the eaves at about 9 foot...i find the light fine for my intent - good normal lighting for the area.. but these are not flood lights ....the separate solar panel is perfect..sensitivity seems ok as a dog will set them off... and thus - so far so good.. especially for the price and ease of installation (15 minutes both pieces)

I added this to our front porch so it would light up when my wife was approaching the door after dark, and someone had forgotten to turn on our porch lights. The motion sensor and daylight sensors work well and it made her very happy that I put it in. it gives plenty of light to show the way after dark. I placed the solar panel up on the roof using the long cord and have not had an issue with it in the last few months. It has been through multiple rainstorms and works like a champ. Very happy with this purchase. Still need to put the second one up on the side of our house...

Lights are good, but the remotes don’t work well and stop working even after you replace the batteries
