Terrible
I used this lecithin in two separate batches of gummies and it ruined both batches. It did not bind oil and water together, I thought maybe I did something wrong so I bought the other lecithin I have been using from the health food store and it worked perfectly so it definitely wasn’t me. This lecithin doesn’t work.
