I bought this to keep a few pills in my bag that I have to take every 4 hours instead of keeping my larger timer bottle with me, since if I lose my bag while I'm out, then I've lost all my pills. The smallest canister option it comes with is fairly compact and works well if you have a couple larger pills or a lot of tiny ones.If you have a bit of soldering experience, you can open up the device and desolder the LED and speaker so there's no chance of it going off and bothering people, essentially making it a canister with a timer and that's it. I specifically bought this model because it seemed really easy to modify in this way, since I couldn't find a small timer bottle that didn't have any sort of alarm.The only downside is that it's kind of expensive for what it is, but at least it comes with two.

The container is way too small for most monthly prescriptions and the attachments do not fit the bottles from the pharmacy either.

However, there are a few inconveniences that could be improved. Firstly, there is only one adapter of each size, which limits the usefulness of the two-timer set if you have multiple bottles of the same size. Secondly, resetting the timer can be tedious if you take your medication a few minutes early. For instance, if you take one dose per day and take it before the timer reaches zero, you have to reset it to the default setting and then set it again to 24 hours, which involves multiple clicks. It would be more convenient if the timer could be restarted with just a few clicks before it reaches zero.

Simple but effective. Bought this to create consistent habits in taking my supplements and it accomplishes just that without creating more reminders on my phone.

My partner has a hard time taking his pills. This is a count down timer that is helpful. I was hoping to find a cap that starts a timer when opened. But this does ok.
