Don’t count on adhesive strips
It was easy to install and looks great. I used it to replace a 70’s style swag lamp chain/cord going to a ceiling fan. The morning after it was installed the self adhesive strips let go from the ceiling and pulled the top wall piece off. The wall was recently painted and a large area of paint peeled off with the strip. I reinstalled the tracking and added nails so this will not happen again. While separating the track pieces one cover piece broke off at the end so I don’t think this product would be good if access to cables was important .

Very nice and easy.
Exactly what I needed, looks great if you take your time.

Perfect
Great adhesion, positive “snap” of cover, effective to hide a cable, (I used it for a coax RG6 cable and it would fit 2 of those max.) Good value, works as intended, 10/10 would recommend.

Quick fix for exposed wiring
Solves a problem and still looks nice. Long enough to work and easy to install.

These work fine but there a few things to know
First - you will need to order an extra box or so, to account for cutting and overlapping pieces. Just as you would order extra material for any projectSecond - you will not be able to depend on the adhesive for any surface you are putting these on. You will need at least 3/4 inch #6 screws - one to two screws for each piece. You can use drywall anchors with the screws, but i didnt and the screws hold fineThird - there are some people complaining there aren't enough joiner pieces. You wont need those, and they mess up the aesthetic of the look of the track anyway. Butting the pieces together, as seen in the pics, is sufficient and the seam is barely noticeable. If you order a bit more than you need, that will give you extra 90 degree pieces that you might needWhen you put the caps on make sure they over lap where the bottom pieces (the ones you screw in) join together. This will keep the track together as a whole. (see pics)Caulking and painting will also help these look nicer, although they aren't caulked/painted yet in the pics.

Tedious
Ordered one set to-had enough length but not enough connectors or corners to go as far as needed-not worth the price of another just for a couple pieces of add on-better than nothing-had a difficult time snapping each section while keeping all pieces where needed in placement and order so ended up having a couple removals, which then peeled my drywall and paint layer off-was ok as re-covered areas with the same piece-all in all for hassle of install and price I would suggest going to a local hardware or home store and purchasing a large length and cutting so no puzzle piecing
