Very good love to added to my drinks it does help me with my period

At first I thought I really wouldn't like it but now I take it every morning and I have no problem with taking it and I don't even put it in water. I just take a spoonful and pour it in my mouth and take a goat of water to clean. Whatever is left in there. But it's excellent. I don't know if it's doing anything but it's easy and it doesn't taste that bad. But yeah it doesn't even have a taste.

My doctor prescribed this for me. Not sure what it’s supposed to do but I am taking it. Disappointed that there were only 55 servings in the container and not the indicated 60. I started using it on November 25 and today, January 18, I used my last serving. I used a knife and leveled it off every day, but it was still short five servings. I’m going to get the capsules next time. I did not want to because I would need to take four of them, but they’re about $10 cheaper and I know for sure I will get my indicated servings.

Easy supplement to add to routine. Has a minimal, sweet taste. It mixes well into water or other beverages. I like to add it into my smoothies.

I used this while bottle and didn't notice a difference while using it. No aftertaste and easy to swallow.

This is a very good sized container for the price - blends very easily in cold liquid and is tasteless (it was tasteless for me). Still reading up on the benefits of this supplement but so far I have had no side effects - but haven't felt much of anything else. I think they are actually hidden benefits. If your doctor or clinician has suggested that you take Inositol, I would go with this one just for the ease of not having to swallow a chunky pill that might get stuck in your throat.

This product made me breakout so bad- was looking forward to trying to use this to regulate my cycles but I don't think it's worth the acne it's caused.
