I decided on this model because of the unique feature of automatic closing/opening of the bidet, there is also a manual button to close either the cover or seat. Where as many other bidet seems to have Built-In Deodorizers, which isn't that much useful when I've already got an extractor for the room.Currently the images on the product page is incorrect, this is a UK spec bidet which has a tripper rated at 230V 10A and has the 3 pin moulded plug. The bidet is 220V 50HZ with 1200W power consumption, and it has the following contents:-2xAAA batter for remote-Remote with large LED display-Remote wall stand holder, with adhesive backing.-3 way G1/2 Tee adapter (2 male, 1 female with washer)-Water filter (1/2 to PVC pipe)-PVC piping (filter to bidet seat)-2xRubber seat holder with screws-Plastic tray to adjust position of bidet-Manual book-Smart BidetYou would need to purchase a non-return check valve to prevent water going back into your water system, and an adjustable flow valve because the bidet and the filter are rated at 0.75MPa (7.5 Bar) pressure. Placing the non-return check valve and flow valve before installing the filter, otherwise the bidet/filter may leak or break if you have higher pressure. Upon installing everything but the bidet, just check the flow of the water before connecting to the seat. It doesn't need to be strong at all, remember the flow valve adjustment, because the adjustment will vary with different water pressure. Once it's all connected and no leaks, just plug in and push the orange switch on the tripper to power the bidet.Main features:-Auto open the cover upon entering the room, with LED lights on-Auto close cover and turning off LED lighting and screen when no-one in the room after a few minutes-Detection if someone is sitting on the toilet, which will enable washer, dryer, and heated seat-Oscillating washer-Dryer function-Auto clean washer upon sitting down-Large remote with easy to read buttons and LED readoutMinor issues so far:-Auto open, when you want to close the cover and flush the toilet. It will re-open the cover as you move away.-Dryer function is fairly weak, to even consider waiting to dry.-Seat shape, my toilet length is 43cm from the mounting hole, and 35.5cm wide but the design doesn't cover the front section properly.-Manual dial on the left side is awkward to see the symbols, you are better off using the remote.

We got this to replace a "Washloo" smart seat that was only a little over 2 years old and the water heating had failed and the seat had started to crack . It cost well over £500 so was very disappointed. I was impressed with the specification of this new Smart bidet seat . It certainly seems better quality than our old one . It fits our toilet better ( it's D shaped) and fits perfectly. All the functions work well it looks modern and the led lights and information displays looks really nice . I nice touch is the filtered water that should reduce lime scale build up

Awful product bidet stopped working after a week

For those on the fence on buying an electric toilet seat as yourself what else on your house do you clean without water?The answer is nothing else, you'll never want to use a old school normal toilet again.So far we've saved hundreds on toilet paper and never had a toilet seat left up ever again!Fitting wise, super easy it's comes with a standard UK 15mm adapter, you'll you just need a standard water pipe nearby and a 13amp supply.

Really does everything an expensive Japanese style toilet can do, apart from auto-flush. So pleased with the first I bought that I now have three more to cover the whole house.

Never got to use it as I couldn’t find a toilet that it would fit! I loved the idea of the functionality it advertised, but getting an 18” elongated toilet in the UK is near impossible.
