Like - auto switch off & on

It’s a poorly built product and didn’t work properly even for a day. Booked a return of the item but Amazon didn’t pick it up and made a false report stating the pick up agent called me and I didn’t answer. I called back repeatedly but the agent didn’t come for pick up. I am stuck with a defective product which never worked and lost Rs. 598. Been a customer of Amazon for the last so many years, bought several products, but first time facing such a situation. Thoroughly disappointed

I affixed three of these but they need adequate sunlight perhaps. Not working at all since the time I affixed these. It's still winter here and maybe that's the reason. But the "adequate sunlight requirement" needs to be highlighted by the manufacturer/ supplier.
