Ok I was holding back from writing a bad review on this customer but I honestly don’t have time to be shipping a product for 27$.I bought this charger since the dell original charger works wonders and hoped for same result.it stopped working on the second day with only me using it. So we are back sharing the original dell charger since its a super charger over 6 of us use this one,over a year…please do not buy this product… had I been asked to send a video fine but to go through the hassle of shipping this is jus not worth it.don’t buy this charger

Bad first experience corrected by company.
This was my backup charger, so I only used it a few times each week. It was delivered on May 19th. It's July 16th and it already stopped working. Edit: After posting this review, the seller reached out and offered a replacement or refund and they did not have to do that, as it was outside of the refund window. I didn't even ask for a refund or replacement. This is great customer service.
