Le Spoon has become my new favorite tool in my wellness lineup. First off, it is so gorgeous aesthetically, and I love that each side was designed specifically to target different parts of the body, from your arms/decolletage/torso & obliques, calves & thighs to your neck & shoulders. The handle allows you to have a firm and easy grip so you can control how much pressure you apply the tool to your body. My favorite place to target has been my thighs and butt. After consistently using the tool for a short amount of time, I am already seeing my cellulite fading away and my legs getting more toned. I also love using it on my abs to help tone. I am blown away by how this tool is helping to visibly tone my entire body. Another tip is to run it down your neck to help loosen any tension. I tend to get a lot of neck pain and Le Spoon offers so much relief-it feels amazing. Also, if your butt is sore post-workout run the sculptor over it, and you will get instant relief, seriously a game-changer. Trust me, you need to add this tool to your routine ASAP. I used this product for the first time last night and I was really happy with it. I’ll have to practice a bit more with the function of detoxing, but I did follow the directions using oil then showered right after and felt amazing. More specifically for me though was the benefit of neck tension relief. I have so many knots around my neck that massage therapists struggle with. This is heavy duty enough to really help relieve some tension, and it’s shaped perfectly to grip easily and contour to curves. I felt a lot of relief and more mobility after. Would probably be good on sore muscles after tough workouts too, like a foam roller type benefit. I’m a happy customer!

This tool is large and a good weight in my hands. It's very ergonomical with its grip, making it easy to use to scrape on my legs.I didn't think I would use this as much as I have, it's really nice after a shower or after putting on lotion to use this to massage across my legs, I didn't realize how many sore spots I had until I did this, probably the first 3-4 times.It did help a lot in my lower legs with them feeling more relaxed, though I did bruise myself a few times with how hard I was scrapping myself.Why I like this is particular is I think it forces me to rub in my products better and my legs are looking nice because of this.

I won’t lie, when I first came across this tool, I was really skeptical about it. After trying it out, I have some pros and cons about it. First of all, they market this tool as an ultimate body sculpting tool. When you hear the word sculpting, it gives off the sense that this is going to help tone or make you look skinnier. The reason I say that is because all of the images of people using it, that they advertise with this, are super fit and thin people. So, automatically when you hear sculpting and you see those images it’s hard not to associate one with the other. I would definitely say that I would be skeptical About the sculpting part. I think this is a kin to for the body.
