Bought this for my sister as digicam resurgence happened and she dug out her old pink Casio, batteries and charger work great, and she’s having fun shooting stuff.

I plugged the battery into the charger, and then I plugged the charger into a USB plug. The light turned green, indicating the battery was fully charged. I put it in my camcorder, and it lasted 5 minutes. I didn't even bother trying the second battery that came with the product. I don't know for sure if the battery was defective or the charger was defective. All I can say was that the camcorder did not work very long. The camcorder had to be returned, since that was also defective (record button didn't work!). I am not very happy with Amazon today, to say the least. Sometimes they sell junk. That is precisely why I am posting this review to save someone else the trouble!
