I love this nose ring. I found that bone studs work best for me. This is a nice size and has never fallen out. I can’t wear fake jewelry so the $10 nose rings always irritate my nose. I haven’t experienced any irritation with this piercing.

The stud is beautiful but the ball on the end that keeps it from falling out is so big that I can’t get it in my nose. Have to send back and order smaller gauge than I normally wear.

This has got to be the smallest diamond nose ring ever made. It has fallen out twice. I haven’t had it in for 24 hours yet. The ball is larger (by quite a bit) than the diamond. Look at the picture. Can you see it…barely. A waste of money!
