I don’t know what the good review customers are receiving in the mail but this phone is as good as a gum wrapper. I hate that they don’t make toys like how they used to. The quality is horrible. The phone shuts off constantly and the troubleshoot process to reset the phone for a 3-4 year old is not something they are able to do. I am returning this asap
