Simple product at high dosage. Didn't have any effect on my energy levels but I suspect I just wasn't deficient in the first place from diet, which isn't the product's fault. I still recommend it since its a high quality product and would be worth taking if you suspect you may be deficient via e.g. a plant-based or vegan diet.

This natural form of B12 is very high quality. Adenosylcobalamin is somewhat difficult to source but Metabolics consistently has it in stock and is very reliable and prompt from a consumer viewpoint. The price point is very good and I appreciate the small packet of desiccant in the bottle -that keeps the capsules dry and fresh. The capsules are very small, gelatin based and very easy to swallow. The gelatin capsule itself is plant based (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose). The capsules contain Cellulose and 1000 micrograms of Adenosylcobalamin. I have used this particular brand of Adenosylcobalamin for two years, and will order it again and again.

This is the 4th type of B12 I've tried, & it's the only one that has had any effect, giving me more energy. At first, I found it adversely affected sleep, but this soon passed. I've just ordered my 2nd 90 capsule pot. Delivery was within 24 hours of ordering.

We have been using this quite a while now and find along with our other vitamin B regimen that it really helps by a noticeably.

My B12 levels have dropped considerably since being on these while a different adenosyl B12 brand which also contains the hydroxy form kept my levels up
