Great to add to soups and popcorn. The smell is amazing and the taste is very Umami in a good way.

Oh my gosh! LOVE this. I sprinkle some on pizza, casseroles, steak .. everything. It smells and tastes so amazing. And this seasoning is very fine, so a little goes a long way. I have had the same bottle for 8+ months, using it ALL the time (my husband says I'm heavy handed), and have only used less than 1/4 of the bottle. My favorite addition for so many dishes.

The seasoning I received was as pictured but the expiration date was only 7 months away and the seal under the cap was opened. I notified the seller and discovered the item is not returnable, my mistake. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

If you like truffle oils and/or sprays, you will love this powder. It has the black truffle flavor without any oil, hence no calories!! Good on anything you'd use with a truffle oil or spray. I've used it on eggs and several different veggies so far. Yum! Now that I've found it, I won't be without it.

Adds great flavor to food. Even popcorn! Great to sprinkle some on your hand and eat it, too! LOL

It realistically tastes just like the butter solid version and all you do is sprinkle it on rather than have to spread it with a knife
