I can’t believe it, I’ve been trying everything for my 4 month old who has been waking ever half hour for the past two weeks, VERY TIRED MAM! so I decided to buy this as a last resort… now I sprayed a bit too much the first night and I had an asthma attack so don’t spray too much 🙈… anyway… used it 3 nights and baby sleeps from 6-2.30 then wakes once more before properly waking… like I said, could be fluke but this appears to be a miracle!! I already use the original Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, so now that I have twin babies I was happy to try the parent and baby version. The bottles are small - just 35 ml each, not the full size of 75ml, but £ for ml the value is similar.Note, that the sprays aren't recommended for use until the baby is 6 months old to avoid disrupting the natural scent related bonding for parents and babies.There is also a difference in use instructions - the original / parent spray can be sprayed whenever you like, but the baby sleep spray should be used 15 mins before bedtime. I was wary of leaving it less than that.The benefit of having no restriction when you use the parent spray is that if I am having a disrupted night, I spray a little on the pillow to help me get back to sleep.The parent scent is more complex and earthy, looking at the ingredients this is down to lavender, vetivert and gerianols (geranium smells rose-like). The baby scent smells just of lavender (to me), but the Q&A in this site mentions lemon balm, oat and patchouli too.The spray didn't mark my silk pillowcase, which was a relief!Overall as part of habit forming, adding scent works very well in my opinion, as much for adult as for baby. These particular scents are restful and I have used his brand a long time, so I trust it, and I value that paedatricians and sleep experts have supported the formulation.

Honestly you can't beat This Works sleep products if you love the smell of lavender, they are absolutely divine.We've got lots of their sleep products now for both adults and kids and they're gorgeous. The smell is never overpowering (but still strong enough on the adult stuff) and they leave your skin smelling so good. The kids just smell amazing when we use their stuff on them.All the products seem to be fine with sensitive skin and the baby products haven't brought any of my kids out in a rash, even the eczema prone ones.This is a lovely gift set and I really like that it contains something for mum/dad as well as baby - would make a lovely baby shower gift or gift for a new parent.
