Bought these for my son for after workouts. He likes how they are easy to swallow without an aftertaste.I doesn’t feel sore after workouts as before. It seems to help him sleep a bit better when taken at night.

I first tried tart cherry after a friend recommended that I try that over melatonin. While I don’t feel like it knocks me out as quick, it definitely helps me get to sleep and I like the fact that it’s not a drug I’m taking to knock me out. The nice part is that it doesn’t make me as groggy in the morning like melatonin can. What I like about Ancient Bliss is that their supplement is made in the United States and is made in a GMP certified lab. I like too, that tart cherry can be beneficial in other ways than just sleep.

I usually use tart cherry juice concentrate for joint inflammation and decided to try the extract capsules instead. They are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. While I truly hope they work, I have to wonder - i opened one to taste and there was not a hint of tartness to the powder, where did the tartness go? I also read that powders are less potent than actual juice based on the way they are processed. So while I think these pills are OK, i'm going to stick with the juice going forward.

Tart cherry has a lot of great health benefits so I'm really happy to have these. This is a very convenient way to get the benefit of cherry without having to try to keep the fresh ones from going bad before I can eat them all.I really like that these do not have any added fillers or preservatives. I can't take anything with that added stuff in them. So these really just have the beneficial stuff without all the junk.I have only been taking them for a few days so I can't be completely confident but I do think they are helping with my inflammation.The bottle is dark plastic which helps protect the contents from degradation from sunlight. And my bottle came with almost three years before the expiration date.

I read that tart cherry is very good for sleeping and so I wanted to give it a try. I chose the supplement because it is in a capsule and I grind my medication to inject into a J tube. Capsules make it easy because they are already ground and I can adjust remove the outer portion. I find this capsules to contain very clumpy powder however, making me wonder if it is not completely dried out and contains some moisture, which would likely be problematic and could breed bacteria. Nevertheless, I do take this daily at the recommended two capsule dosage, but I haven't noticed any difference.

What a wonderful supplement.I am very impressed with the quality of the ingredients and how I'm feeling after taking these.The vegetarian capsules are a big plus for me and I like that these are fresh in appearance and taste, too.I have no trouble with my digestion at all after taking these.These are really a big help to me so far & I would recommend them.

I like how tart cherry, along with celery seed, is the only ingredient. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste. They do have a slight smell which I find is neither pleasant nor unpleasant. It does not smell like cherries, however.
