I took this as directed, I had no issues taking these, these did not upset my stomach or cause any other issues. Seems to be a good product and I would purchase again.

I’ve used and been impressed with other Nature’s Bliss products. This is no different.When I took the cotton out of the packaging it was stained a deep golden yellow, and it reflects the color of the turmeric inside these capsules. They actually look more vibrant than the bottle I’m currently finishing up from another brand. The capsule size is pretty standard, and, while they do have the classic turmeric capsule smell (I think it might actually be from the pepper?) the flavor isn’t as unpleasant as others I’ve tried.I’m no doctor, so you should consult yours before taking supplements, but I am trying to take turmeric more regularly for its inflammation support. Only time will tell if it helps, but I figure it’s not hurting! I appreciate that this blend is made with black pepper for better absorption, and the ginger is an added bonus.

I have been taking this supplement for almost a month and am super happy with it! I love that the bottle has enough capsules for a 2-month supply when taking two capsules a day. The capsules are easy to swallow and contain high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend giving them a try!! Great blend of vitamins that we all should be taking and best of all it includes multiple vitamins into a single and easy pill.
