It works
Bought this to help a family member clear up water trapped in the ear after a shower. We were skeptical at first. We followed the instructions and problem solved. Not too loud at all. A great little gadget to keep in the family first aid kit.

A soothing amount of gentle warmth and light! Has a clear cap that you need to remove first!
I just received this and used it for the first time, and I am so pleased!I want to share that right after I charged it and turned it on, it seemed that no air was coming out. I then my glasses and looked at the tiny print on the instruction manual, and Iearned that there is a clear protective cap on the ear tip. This cap is not easy to see, so it is important to know that it needs to be removed.I took the cap off (it was on there pretty tight) and then I was able to feel plenty of warm air coming out. I used it on my ear, and it felt wonderful.There was just the right amount of warmth to feel good, but not too hot or too loud. I like that it has the choice of red light or no red light. I like using both the heat and light.I currently have a very painful ear infection, so I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of this. I understand that this device is for the prevention of ear infection, not necessarily the treatment of one, but I did find that it felt very soothing on my already inflamed and painful ear.I will update this after I have used this over a longer period of time if my opinion changes, but upon my first use, I am very pleased!

Not powerful enough
The concept is nice to prevent ear infection, but the dryer is not strong enough to dry my inner ear completely, even when running through the full power cycle.

It works
Wife loves this product to dry the inside of her ears. It works well and shuts off when it needs to.

Won't charge after 6 months
Loved this product it was great but it only lasted less then 6 months and it will not charge . I am going to buy a new ear dryer however just not this brand .

My hearing aids can be put in after showers and the pool with this little powerhouse

Amazing!
I was tired of making excuses after showering and getting into bed. I have severe swimmers ear, causing hearing loss and bad tinnitus.But this product has changed my life. Just received it today and I know I’ll be using it every chance I get. Not when I need to. The air flow is perfect and not too much, but also not too slow. The warmth is perfect! And you can switch the red light in or off.I will be telling everyone about it!

Good but short life span
It worked great, for about a 6 months, then stopped charging and could no longer use it.
