It definitely works!
This made miracle in my ears to remove wax. I left 20 minutes and with a proper syringe to wash my ears it dropped a big amount of melted wax. Thanks!

Really does work in one try!
Only thing that worked! Really does work in one try! I’ve tried all other brands and nothing works. Left this in my completely blocked ear for 20 min, rinsed with syringe bulb with warm water and saw all the earwax falling out. After about 5 times rinsing with water my ear was completely clean and I was able to hear again! Will definitely have this on hand all the time!

It works!
I had one ear impacted with wax. This worked really well on first try (after having tried Debrox and the small syringe that came with it and having no improvement ). After a plugged up ear for two weeks, this was my last attempt before going to urgent care. I tried this stuff with the Medi grade ear wax removal kit and it worked in one try. I left the drops in for 20 mins and then spent almost a half hour spraying my ear out. It took me awhile to get the hang of it. I didn't have one huge lump of wax come out, but it slowly broke up all the light wax, then finally a small dark piece of wax came out and I could finally could hear properly again! Highly recommend the two products together!

Did not work, actually made the problem worse. After using the product I could not hear at all. Had to have my ears cleaned by my PCP. Terrible product and I really wanted it to work.

Saved me a trip to the doc for ear cleaning!
These drops were a godsend! My son’s ear canals are super small and he builds up wax frequently. These drops saved me an ear appointment to have his ears cleaned. I just fill his ear with the drops and home lay on his side for 15 mins. Have him rinse out his ear and it should either dissolve or soften the earwax enough. I usually go in and clean his ear with ear scoop tool that has a camera and LED light to scoop out what doesn’t dissolve but is soft enough to scoop out. Definitely recommend this.

This actually works!
This is the only product I have ever been able to successfully clear my ear at home. Every few years wax builds up & I have usually had to seek urgent care. Very impressed. I had to do two rounds of it back to back but it cleared the wax away & I felt so much better! Highly recommend!
