Didn't receive a shock pump, and shock is now stuck with piston 3/4 way in.
Having bought this win June 2019, I haven't used my bike that much due to work, cover-19 and other bike part issues.Once the bike was up and running again, after approximately 4 months in bits, I started to ride again, using the bike on fairly gentle rides, about once a week.A few weeks ago, I noticed that the shock was not returning to its fully extended (sag) position.It holds almost all of the pressure it was inflated to, but doesn't return to the sag position.A lot of money, for an inadequate device.

Excellent shock check what’s in the box.
This shock is superb, I like the fact it comes with the 50 hour service kit. The small bump sensitivity is amazing with debonair, however I did not receive the shock pump advertised.
