The waist band is very comfortable, it has an elastic waist band plus a draw string. I have been teaching TKD for over 30 years and prefer Adidas Champion Uniforms to all other brands. They are light weight, comfortable and last for years. Master Arrowood 6th Degree BB Kukkiwan Certified.
