I've been using these for 3 weeks now and have lost 2.5kg so far. It works well as an appetite suppressant and tastes quite sweet and fruity. I much prefer these over having to drink a capsule, the gummies can be a little sticky but they're easy to chew and swallow - a bit like a wine gum. There's a lot of mixed guidance online, but what's worked for me is to have 1 gummy in the morning when I start feeling hungry, I would wait at least half an hour after eating the gummy before having a meal. I then do the same at night. Just be careful at night time, they can keep you awake - I try not to have them after 6pm generally. Stick it out for a few weeks, it really does work. For me, it just reduces food noise - the snack cupboard doesn't call me and because my sugar levels are stable, I'm not just grabbing the nearest snack just to get something into my system.

These are very pleasant to take. Has it helped to keep weight at bay,? Possibly, it’s hard to really tell. I know that cinnamon is powerful and has good properties. The real proof is if one stops taking it what happens. Doctors won’t give their approval for a herbal supplement that semi rivals metformin…I always think if the chemical industry and the herbalists got together instead of being rivals, more people would be healthier sooner.

Taste great but don't know health benefits yet

We will find out if they help along the way but my initial thoughts were small sticky gummies that taste OK. I hand to wash my hands after handling them, which I wasn’t expecting.

It is a good and efficient product. Delivery was super fast as ordered last night and it arrived this morning... Just few hours to deliver. Was impressed 👍. It is really useful so we even subscribed to have it delivered periodically.

I have had this product several times with no problem, but on this occasion the gummies were all stuck together and had to be constantly separated.
