I just received this item yesterday. Upon opening, unfortunately the salt block had cracked while in transport. The packaging came with a card on how to get ahold of customer support. I emailed about the salt block yesterday evening. I received an email from Hannah, a customer support rep right away this morning with a request for more information. Hannah eventually called after receiving the pictures of the damage. What an amazing and sweet person. I only was looking for the salt block to be replaced, but instead, she immediately ordered a whole new unit!!! She also included two essential oils to use in the diffuser!! They are also not requiring me to send anything back! I am excited to be able to use the unit, but I also appreciate knowing that the company stands behind its product.My first impression of the unit is Its very stylish and beautifully done. I ordered it for my bedroom and it will fit nicely in the space that I have. The salt block was very pretty with beautiful veins running through it. I was disappointed that it was cracked. I hope that the new one is just as pretty. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a dual purpose unit.

Unpacking the unit was easy and setup was a breeze. I put the light bulb in and filled the water tank with 4-5 drops of oil. Big disappointment, the light would not come on. Took the salt rock off and changed the bulb. Still didn’t work. I tipped the unit upside down thinking there was a way to service the unit. Forgot to take the water tank out and spilled water and oil on my kitchen counter....I emailed customer service and received a quick response. After providing proof of purchase a new unit was sent at no cost with no need to return the old unit. I’m guessing my problem is an exception but not sure. The new arrived and worked perfectly. I love it. The service and concern for my problem was fantastic and handled direct from the manufacturer and not some back office located overseas. Highly recommend this product.

98% of my purchases are excellent! This was a total bust! It was basically a bright lamp that performed no other action. Disappointing!

I was obsessed with this salt lamp diffuser. It’s so pretty & easy to use until it broke & leaked all over my antique furniture & the book it sat on top of (ruining it all) It’s very expensive for what it is. Hoping the company will take it back bc Amazon says I’m out of my window. NOT Happy

Nicely made. Not sure how well the diffuser works in comparison to the best diffusers. The light has 5 different levels of brightness which is quite convenient. Only problem is the light is halogen so it consumes more electricity but I assume you can’t have LED because they won’t heat up the salt.It is a bit pricey but if it’s a long term gadget that will not break in 3 months than it’s bearable.

I gotta admit this was a little more than what I really should have paid but I loved the idea of two of my favorite things put together. The lamp is really bright but it is a lot smaller than pictured so I was a bit disappointed on that. Other wise the diffuser works well.

The only downside to this lamp was that the original packaging says there would be a replacement bulb included, and in my box I did not have a replacement lightbulb after a period of about 6 to 9 months my lightbulb burnt out, and is no longer working, though this is inconvenient my overall review of the lamp itself is still Very high because the quality of this lamp is present. Customer service with the company is also five star I was really grateful for the help I received.

Even more beautiful in person! I love the touch setting for the light...has 5 levels for light strength. Very easy to fill. I use bottled water only and favorite essential oils. Smell fills the whole house. This diffuser is a beauty! And conversation starter. Better than expected. You won't be disappointed. LOVE it!
