Great taste
Good simple instructions producing tasty sauce for curry making

Meh
The sauce tastes nice enough, but it most definitely doesn't serve 4. It may serve 4 as a meat marinade, but 2 packets barely went over a vegetable lentil curry as sauce

A bit powdery
I really like these curry packs because they're easy to use but this particular curry had a strong turmeric powdery taste so I added some melted cheese and a tin of baked beans which worked well at blending out the strong bitterness of the curry spicesSimple to use - Just add butter and water to the mix then heat for a few minutes then add meat, fish or vegetables, it's that easy and heat until cookedThe taste is very authentic, not like the jar stuff in shops this tastes like the real thing although this particular one has in my opinion too much turmeric but if you are adventurous you can mask the taste out by adding tin of coconut milk, tomatoes, baked beans, cheese etc. There's different flavours to suit different tastes from mild to hot. I personally like them all even the hot spicy jalfrese but they do have a bit of a powdery aftertaste.I definitely recommend them to curry lovers. They certainly save you time in the kitchen

Easy to make a mild but tasty curry
These curry kits are mild but very tasty. They are so easy to make. You get two sachets inside the box: onion mix and spice mix. You simply add water to each one to create your curry base. You need to add ghee or butter (although I used avocado oil as an alternative) and your choice of protein. You can also make the curry your own by adding a tin of chopped tomatoes and coconut milk. For £9.99 (at the time of review) for three kits, it’s decent value for money as you feel as though you are making an authentic curry from scratch. It’s so much cheaper than a takeaway and it’s tastier too.
