I have been taking them for a few months now, and I have to say, they’ve been a game changer for me! One of the biggest concerns I had with iron supplements in the past was how they often led to uncomfortable constipation when taking daily. But with these that hasn’t been an issue at all. These vitamins are gentle on my stomach and don’t cause the digestive issues I’ve experienced with other brands. Also great taste and I feel like I have my energy level back!!

Really tasty and gentle on my stomach. I tried a number of other iron supplements and I usually have to slowly take them or else they end up hurting my stomach. For these, they haven’t once hurt my stomach, and I can take the full dose of 2.

Tastes delicious! My mother in law has a aversion to pills so this was the only way to get her iron supplement.

I've tried a lot of different iron supplements and this is the first I've found that doesn't give me stomach upset at ALL, even when taking these on an empty stomach, which is a game changer.Most iron supplements have a strong iron taste - the taste on these is a lot more subtle and the peach flavor covers it up somewhat, but it's still noticeable. Like eating a peach ring while you're having a bloody nose. So not pleasant, and a reformulation of the flavor would be very welcome, but overall still better than most.IMO these are the best iron supplements I've tried, and it's so great to have a vegetarian supplement option that works for me, so will continue to purchase.

I took these during pregnancy because all other supplements / liquid iron made me throw up. I loved that these not only had a good amount of iron but also vitamin C for absorption. I've always been low on iron and tried lots and lots of different iron supplements and this gummy has one of the better tastes, honestly. It does still have a bit of an iron taste, but what can you expect with an iron supplement. I would just brush my teeth right after and didn't have a problem!

I've ordered these twice the first batch I loved and tasted fine, the second batch taste like they had changed the formula and were nasty.

Love the taste! You do not taste that harsh metallic flavor with typical iron supplements and it’s easy to take. The gummies have a chewer consistency. I don’t know how much it’s effecting my iron levels as bloodwork would ultimately tell. But it is worth taking over liquid or pill form. It also has added vitamins too.

When I got this the gummies where all stuck together and it was hard to pull them apart I just tossed them the little packet in side for moisture was wet and yucky. I wanted to order again and give a second try since I read lots of good reviews but i don’t wanna be spending money and getting disappointed.
