Bought to help my mom recover from shingles, does the job perfectly.

This item was like water , very difficult to put on I would not buy this item again , maybe a lotion ? But

Absolutely stinks.

Unfortunately the bottle was broken and the plastic bag it was in was stained pink with Calamine lotion so I had to throw it away.

Always handy to have in the cupboard. Useful for stings

The bottle has one of those pivoting pop tops and clearly just putting it in a bag is asking for the top to open, especially if ordered with other things in the same box. Arrived soaked in calamine inside the bag and leaked onto other things in the package.As calamine lotion, I can confirm it seems to be OK, albeit 4 times the price of supermarket but needed it quickly

This lotion like water. There is no use

Irritated my skin further instead if calming it. Also, here are the ingredients as mentioned on the bottle itself. It may not contain phenol, but it goes contain a paraben. Not sure if good or bad. Regardless, I tend to avoid any kind of parabens and would never have bought this had the ingredients been listed.
