posted 20250130 - I purchased a new battery pack in May 2024. I am finding the charge lasts about 3 weeks. Even though I have a 2nd battery pack to interchange. The second one also lasts 3 weeks. Not happy with constantly changing every 3 weeks. Possibly the Ring Plus version requires more "juice" to operate? Please advise.posted 20250203 - After receiving support from Link from the Customer Support Center, he suggested to relocate the Chime Pro device closer to the doorbell for better Wi-Fi connection. This suggestion was helpful and hopefully the charge of the battery will last longer than 3 weeks. Thanks.

Hard to beat the original Ring batteries. Have lasted without any problems. Work well and easy to use with the Ring charging station.

The more your door bell camera operates , the shorter the battery life . That just makes sense. In settings you can adjust it to work when and how you like .
