As much as it should have been less rating, i still consider it a 5 star. I have order 3 items from Zipperstop. 2 ship on time,But this 3rd one didnt it got lost in the mail. Contact the seller did a great job answering back and reshipping my item. Its a great product excatly what it show and described. Im very pleased.
