Only came with 1 brush head despite seller advertising it with 2.Manual also says it should have 2 brush heads: 1 for age range 2 - 5, the other for 6 - 12.Impossible to contact the seller.For the product itself, my 3 year old daughter loves it.It seems bigger that her manual one.Maybe it is the brush head for 6 - 12 years old?Another star deducted because there is no info on where to buy replacement brushes.

I wouldn't buy this again because unfortunately it didn't really clean my granddaughter's teeth. The brushes are very soft - too soft really to remove any plague! Sorry but would advise against this item.

My daughter get’s sensory overload and struggles with different textures and this has been a life saver. Definitely recommend
