High quality makes a “feel-able” difference
I’ve taken magnesium off and on for about 6 years for restless legs and it only helped somewhat. After switching to this brand I take a dose every day because I can truly feel it when I don’t. If I go more than 2 days without a dose I notice the RLS comes back and my lower back pain gets worse. This magnesium is a magic worker and lets me actually get quality sleep.

Best brand of magnesium ever tried!
After so many brands tried, this Megafood Magnesium is the best form of magnesium I ever bought without giving you the runs. I take it after dinner. No leg cramps and I get a good night’s sleep, not groggy but feeling rested the next day.

Good night sleep
I keep rebuying these because they work so well. I take them about 30 min before I’m wanting to sleep and it relaxes me and I have a deep sleep that night. Great for nights after working out and being sore as well. I do feel like it’s also aided digestion but it’s not going to upset your stomach.

Magnesium capsules
Excellent product, 2 capsules = 300mg. You can take one capsule at 150mg if you prefer a low dose, depending on how much magnesium you consume in your diet daily, or how much your body requires to reach the daily suggested dose. This brand is a good blend of 3 types of magnesium which I have found to be gentle on the system, it helps you sleep better if taken with a half cup of warm milk with a little sugar added before going to bed. It also gives your eliminatory system a little nudge after your hot cuppa the following morning. I suggest you consult your doctor, or a nutritionist, or do your own research to find out if you need the extra magnesium. Preferably, it should be balanced with calcium, potassium, D-3, K-2, foods each day. If your diet is not providing these nutrients then try taking the supplements. Balance in everything is the best course.

This product works! I suffer from back pains. It relaxes me & at the same time it will help you sleep. I have been using this product for a few months. I recommend this product.
