I've had more than a few front pocket wallets, and this one is up at the top. It's sturdy even though it's thin, and the stitching is even. Card retention is great with room for 1-2 cards per pocket, as well as room for a few bills to fit comfortably in the middle pocket. Probably going to buy another as a backup.

practical but it's on a semi-hard side, when using the 4 card slots it's hard to open the cash slot.

OK - my ancient leather bi-fold wallet needed to be replaced. I wanted to get something smaller and try to transition to carrying less stuff in my wallet. I tried a bunch of different "minimalist" wallets, but they were not really much smaller than what I had. This Herschel wallet has been a great find. It' truly smaller. It fits all I need to carry. And, it allows me to carry a bit of cash. It's been an easy transition for me. Love this product.
