The media could not be loaded. My review:History of this knife - This is not a pizza cutter. I’m sure it can be used as such but it’s supposed to be an Ulu knife that originated from the Eskimo tribes of Alaska. It’s what the women of the tribes used to skin animals the hunters brought in.I originally bought this as a decorative Christmas present for my wife to remember our trip to Alaska. When we unboxed it we realized it was much more capable than just decoration. It’s incredibly sharp and the size works well in my wife’s hands as well as mine. It’s also beautiful so you can keep it on its stand on the counter.Amazon buzzword review:This rust resistant Ulu knife is sharpe enough for fast cutting speeds. I would recommend this knife to anyone.

SHARP sharp
We got this primarily for pizza, but we’ve found ourselves using it for chopping herbs, toasted bread, quesadillas, even dough. It’s easy to clean, aesthetically pleasing, and SHARP. Be careful there. We got the smaller of the two options and I do wish I had gotten the larger for pizza, but it does the trick and then some!
