I've had these for 3 weeks now and they work fine so far. I use them for smaller rechargeable devices like Mp3 players, rechargeable flashlights, and bike lights, and I've even used these to charge my new phone and a large heavy duty work light with no problem, since then I've purchased some 2.1/2.4 amp chargers for the latter devices.They don't get hot, and no failures yet.And I've also discovered that not all charging/data cords are created equally. Do yourself a favor if you haven't already, and spend a little extra money on higher quality cords, cheap charge cords are much of the reason the charger and it's corresponding devices will often times get hot when charging, and excessive heat will deteriorate lithium batteries faster. And you couldn't have convinced me otherwise before I tried it and saw it with my own eyes.So if these don't hold up to the test of time, I will update my review accordingly.I would buy again, and highly recommend.Considering these and some others that I've recently purchased from Amazon, recently and during the last year or so, the only problem now is, I have way more wall chargers than devices to charge.Sounds like it's time to do some regifting.

Well made, works fine, gets a little warm but not more than expected. Good value for price.

I just needed some good 5 volt 1 amp supply for ESP development boards and these fit the bill.They are a little wider that I would have liked. They crowd the next outlet a little.

So you're tired of accusing your coworkers of stealing your chargers at work, or maybe your friends borrow them and "forget" to return them, or maybe you just want an charger for every outlet in your house. Well no problem! These chargers solve all those existing issues... except one, they're not fast charging compatible (1A output). If that's a problem for you, these chargers aren't for you. But, if you're looking for cheap, basic, generic, china-made chargers that you can hand out to your coworkers like a kid at school with a fresh pack of 5 gum. These will do just fine.

Please know that this is my first ever Amazon review. This is probably one of the best bundles I spent for my electronics. The port is at a much superior angle than the rocket fish USB plug-in. If you’re a guy like myself who needs another USB port but don’t want to bother getting another two port plug then this will be for you. I might even consider buying again for extras . My only gripe is that may be the plug could be a little bit smaller but aside from that it’s worth your money.
