I’ve been using this muscle toning machine for a few months now, and I have seen no difference whatsoever. I don’t think the technology is good enough to actually do anything or see any real results from it. A complete waste of money don’t buy.

I'm not really sure of the health benifits but I've used a tens machine for nerve pain for years that seems to do some good. I'm using this for the same purpose and addtionally using the stronger settings which feel very nice - it feels deeper without electrical shock type feeling that my other one has, even without the need of lube.This device feels nice and certainly feels like its helping with toning after a session.The 3 electrical devices last a long time, charge at same time and easy to use too so overall very happy with it.

Great product with a great price. Thus item very easy to use, so far I can see a few differences. Very light weight, perfect size fit to me. I can use while working on laptop. Comfortable to wear, perfect to use. It has bunch of settings i can use according to me. Looks amazing as well.

What can I say about this Ab Belt. I've been using it for a good few days now and it certainly feels great when using. So simple to put and on use. There are different settings and strengths. Its very early to say but I already feel like my abs are tighter and firmer. Looking forward to seeing how they develop over time with continued use.
