Clearly illustrated exercises.
I was sceptical about Wall Pilates but thought I’d give this book a try. I wanted to tone up because there’s wobbly bits I wanted to get rid of. I exercise regularly which keeps my weight where I want it and keeps me fit. After following the 30 day challenge I have indeed changed shape (for the better - wobbly bits are not as wobbly)! And my flexibility has improved. It’s true to say that some of the exercise have been beyond me but I’ve given them a go (even if I’ve ended up in a heap🤣) but most of them are certainly do-able and I often perform more repetitions than the book says. I’m on my second go through the book and intend to keep using it daily to help keep me trim. I’m female and 58 years old.

AMAZING BOOK
Exactly what I was looking for. I'm not the sort to get an app off instagram ( I don't like risking my bank details falling into the wrong hands )I'm 49 and feeling it. This book has clear large print that I can read without putting my glasses on and the diagrams are very simple to follow. If you're unsure if you are doing it right there are simple foot notes and hints at the bottom of each page. I did all of the exercises and then noticed that there is a 30 day challenge so even better... It has clear instructions one page per day to follow. I'm excited!

Improved flexability
Really like this book, exercises are easy to follow and not too difficult for a beginner like myself at the age of 50, I am only a week in and already feel like I am more flexable, I am hopeful that at the end of the 30 day challenge I will feel much better and more toned. I like the fact that the exercises do not take long to do each day, I do mine first thing in the morning. Sent off for the free PDF file yesterday and received it this morning, so the added programs were a bonus.

I love this book. Clear, easy to use, and if you are like me and need a routine for your exercise, you can't go wrong with this. So glad I found it.

Simple to follow
Other reviewers have complained about the fact that you have to cross reference the daily exercise sheet with the description. However I found the more I worked my way through the moves the more all I needed was a quick reminder anyway. To my surprise I've managed to keep going with this for just over a week. My flexibility seems to be starting to improve and I'm sure it's being good for me generally. No frills but would recommend this book for a beginner who just wants to try something at home

So easy to follow.
The layout of the book is great; easy to follow, clear illustrations and so well set out. The ease of use has meant that I haven't missed a day and am immediately feeling the benefits of the daily exercise. Brilliant!

Keeps you motivated
I’m on day 20 of the challenge! Easy to follow instructions, much prefer this book format to Youtube videos on wall Pilates. Simple and only takes 15-20 minutes a day, and can feel it in my muscles. Ordered another book as a gift :).

Easy to follow instructions and illustrations.
This book is exactly what I was looking for. The pages are 8-1/2 x 11 with large type text and clear illustrations and a 30 day challenge chart. The right number of exercises so I don’t feel overwhelmed before I start. I am a 71 year old female whose only exercise is walking and I got this book to get toned and strengthened.

Duidelijke uitleg
Duidelijke uitleg en de oefeningen zijn goed uit te voeren. M.u.v een paar oefeningen waar de muur te glad voor is.Ook opties voor mensen met pols klachten zou wel prettig zijn. De plank oefeningen kan ik niet doen i.v.m mijn polsen.Het is echt 10 tot 15 minuten per dag.Iedere dag een andere combinatie van oefeningen.

Love this book!
Love this book! Easy to follow and if you do the 30 day challenge it will change your body. I did have to practice the moves before I began the challenge but once I felt confident enough it was a wonderful experience!

Excellent workout book!
The instructions are simple to follow and the illustrations provided with the instructions make this a super fun and easy to do! I'm SO glad I got this book .. and it comes with a pdf of four other workouts! Excellent for at home workouts! Would give this the highest recommendation to get.
