I needed to rewire my golf cart for a new lithium battery setup, and boy, did I go overboard! This 1/0 gauge wire is seriously heavy duty – way more than I needed for my cart – but I have zero regrets.First off, the color is amazing. This deep blood red is a perfect match for my cart's wrap, and it just looks awesome snaking around the battery compartment. It gives it a real "high performance" vibe.The wire itself is very flexible and easy to work with. I used the included lugs, and while they're not top-of-the-line, they got the job done. A word of caution though: crimp them carefully and close to the wire, or you might risk splitting the lug.Performance-wise, this wire is a beast. My lithium batteries pull a lot of amps, and this wiring handles it without breaking a sweat (not that I expected it to with 1/0 gauge!).Pros:Awesome, vibrant blood red colorSuper flexible and easy to work withIncludes lugs for convenienceHandles high amperage with easeLooks amazing in my golf cartCons:Included lugs could be of higher qualityProbably overkill for most golf cart applications (but that's part of the fun!)

For the sake of honesty, this cable was sent to me to review.I am rating this based on what it is, 0 awg copper clad aluminum wire. If you're reading this review, you're probably looking for inexpensive wire that will get the job done. CCA is not the fine wine of wires, it's the domestic beer of wires. CCA wire has a higher resistance than pure copper wire, it's aluminum that is plated in copper, but for the price and what it includes it's a fantastic value. This wire is heavy duty, it's flexible, and more than handles the load of my inverter, staying cool all the while.I am running a hobby solar power system and I'm constantly buying screws here, cable there, crimping tools, connectors, inverters etc. . . This kit includes 20 feet of black wire, and 20 feet of red wire, not only that but it includes battery terminals for multiple screw sizes AND the heat shrink is included too. For the price it's really nice those are included.I probably should have given this cable a 5* rating, the only reason i am not is because when i used a 0 gauge die in my hydraulic terminal crimpers, the wire was not snug in the terminal. I ended up using a 2 gauge die and the terminal fit quite well. This isn't the first CCA i've experienced this issue with, and honestly it may just be that CCA and Copper do not size the in same way. CCA is made of many hair size wires that make up the cable, so it may just require more compression than pure copper wire.Aside from that gripe, i'm super happy with this cable. I needed about 4 feet to run from my inverter to my battery and i'm happy i have some left over. After crimping the terminal and applying the heat shrink the connectors are locked snug in place, i tried pulling them off and couldn't. If you know what you're buying and have a good use case for CCA, then I can highly recommend this wire.

Got delivered early and worked perfectly for installing a 5000 watt inverter in a 94 short bus!!! The wires were great quality and even had some left over!!!

As an Audio installer, this is my goto cable for proper power delivery. The added connectors are a plus. I use plumbing flux and solder to fasten them to the wire for solid connections.
